Dear Team,

I know you are very disappointed, as am I. You worked VERY hard all season and made time in you schedule for practices and tournaments. You made me (and others) laugh until we cried. You did everything I asked of you to prepare. Thank you for doing that.

It is easy to think of your team as an improv machine. So what happened? You are human. Even the best have a bad performance. Think of sports stars. Songwriters. Investors. Artists. Don't beat yourself up over this. You are good. I dare to say great. But you are not perfect. No one is.

I am not one to give out praise easily so please don't think I am just trying to make you feel better. Before you did anything yesterday and after we watched two other teams perform, I expressed to you how proud I am of all of you. I hope you remember that moment of yesterday too.

I have shirts for each of you. I also have the raw scores. Tournament results will be posted on ohdi.org. I also have the video of the skit.

Love, Mrs. Gazda
